Quotations

Quotations are based on a site survey and the information available at the time. They are valid for [PLACEHOLDER: validity period] unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself.

Where site conditions differ from those seen at survey, we will tell you before carrying out additional work and agree any change in price with you first.

Works and access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site for the agreed working hours, along with power and welfare facilities where these are needed.

Where work is phased around trading, opening or seasonal constraints, dates are agreed in writing in advance.

Payment

Certification and compliance

Certification is issued on completion of notifiable and testable works, in line with BS 7671 and Part P where applicable.

Warranty
