What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, the message you write and the page you submitted the form from.

We also collect standard technical information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location through Google Analytics, which is loaded via Google Tag Manager.

Lawful basis

We handle enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made about our services, and where you go on to instruct us, on the basis of performing a contract with you.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you instruct.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where your enquiry is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are saved in this website's own database, hosted on our behalf by our website platform's cloud infrastructure, so that no enquiry is lost.

The same details are then forwarded to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), where we manage and respond to enquiries. The record of that forwarding, including whether it succeeded, is stored alongside the enquiry.

Third parties

The third parties that may process your information are: our website hosting and database provider, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) as our CRM, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website measurement, and Google Ads where advertising is running.

We use email and telephone providers to contact you. We do not transfer your details to anyone else without your permission unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records that do not lead to work are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to completed work and certification are kept for as long as required for compliance, warranty and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
