Managing certificates across several properties is an administrative job before it is an electrical one. We will hold the inspection dates, book directly with tenants, and send certificates through to you or your agent as they are issued. Remedial work is quoted separately so you can decide property by property. Every installation is tested and certified on completion. We are NICEIC registered and fully insured.
