The brief
Derngate Theatre needed reactive electrical work carried out on a working venue with shows already scheduled. The fault was affecting stage access, which meant the building could not operate normally until it was resolved, and the work had to happen out of hours on a rigid time schedule that could not move.
What we did
- Attended out of hours to a fixed schedule
- Worked alongside the theatre's own engineers
- Diagnosed and rectified the fault affecting stage access
- Tested and certified on completion
- Returned the venue to normal operation before the next scheduled show
The outcome
The scheduled shows went ahead as planned and the theatre continued operating with no downtime. The work was completed within the out of hours window agreed at the outset.
