The brief
An old accommodation building was being converted into a purpose built convenience store and bakery. The building needed a complete rewire to provide power and lighting for a retail use it was never designed for, and the opening date was fixed.
What we did
- Complete rewire of the existing building
- New power distribution for retail and bakery equipment
- Commercial lighting throughout
- Worked closely with the client through the design challenges
- Tested and certified on completion
The outcome
The project was delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Change of use jobs bring design and installation challenges that only appear once you are in the building, and staying close to the client through those is what keeps the date.
